The whole life is based on your mindโฆ if you visualise positive things , then you become like that โฆ if you talk positively, then your confidence is increasingโฆ if you move with positive people, you will be among positive developmentsโฆwhat you think what you become โฆ the challenge is there will be so many negative situations and people aroundโฆ to overcome this you need to have a calm mind which is inclined to positive things .. it's completely mindโฆ if your mind thinks you are strong , then you are strongโฆ if your mind think you are weak, then you are weakโฆ if you visualise like you want to become an entrepreneur then your brain starts working becoming an entrepreneurโฆ.all this is possible only if the mind is calmโฆ
The best way to keep your mind calm is to practise meditation and breathing based pranayamasโฆ it will keep your mind calm and strong. You will become unemotionalโฆWhen your mind is calm, you will feel worthless to react or think most of the things and you willbecome calm and stress freeโฆ whenever these depressed or negative thoughts come, keep your mind blank and don't develop. Consecutively leaving mind blank whenever these negative thoughts come , will lead to these thoughts fade away from your mind . . .
